This class has more hands on workshop feel, where we will make 5 fast easy and wholesome FODMAP dishes. 

FODMAPs are essentially carbohydrates that don’t digest well in some tummies. In fact they ferment, making us bloated and windy. A low FODMAP diet is designed to temporarily restrict the amount of FODMAPs consumed and is useful for treating conditions like IBS.
