Orders

Higgs&Co is not a subscription service. Customers must place an order for each delivery. By placing an order with Higgs&Co you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out here. You agree to pay for the products selected and Higgs&Co agrees to provide and deliver those products to you in accordance with the below. Our prices are clearly stated on the website and order form and vary from product to product. Orders placed before midnight on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Higgs&Co will always try and accommodation late orders, but if we are unable to, your order will be delivered the following week. A receipt will be sent to you which shows the order you have placed. If you notice any issues with the order please contact us immediately at orders@higgsandco.com.au
Refunds

Our Refund Policy

Higgs&Co is committed to providing you with a consistent and high-quality product. We will happily replace incorrect products received or refund products that have been spoiled. Please note we will request an image of the product. If a replacement is not possible, Higgs&Co reserves the right to issue a refund. For all replacement enquires please contact orders@higgsandco.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. Higgs&Co will not refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect product choices. We are a small family run business so we appreciate it of customers contact us first if you have any issues with our product as chargebacks can damage our business.
Delivery

Delivery Method

Higgs&Co only delivers to the suburbs listed on the order form. If you are outside this area, you can request a delivery price to orders@higgsandco.com.au All deliveries take place on a Monday UNLESS that day is a public holiday in which case delivery will take place the following business day. Delivery times can vary and can be anytime during the day. By requesting home delivery, customers take responsibility for the product once deivered. All our product is placed in appropriate packaging to keep the product fresh for up to 8 hours. Higgs&Co accepts no liability for product that goes missing after delivery. It is your responsibility to provide a safe delivery location in the delivery instructions. Likewise, Higgs&Co takes no responsibility for delivery details provided incorrectly at time of order.
