About Higgs&Co

Higgs&Co was established in 2015 by Ben Higgs, Personal Trainer and Executive Chef at Wild Oak Restaurant. Whilst training, Ben was often asked by clients how they could fit a fresh well balanced diet into their busy lives.

Ben pulled his experience and suppliers together to create Higgs&Co Real Food; ready made meals that are balanced, delicious and nutritious.

Much of the content of the meals comes directly from Higgs&Co Kitchen Garden and also from Ben's restaurant suppliers of fresh regional produce.
